We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. Please note that same-day cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation requests must be emailed to comments@hawaiiantime.com. An order is not considered canceled until we confirm the cancellation by email. An order cannot be cancelled if it has begun preparation. Any prepared orders that do not get picked up will be considered complete, and are not eligible for refund/replacement.
